About the shoot
A month and a half after the move from their old and cramped building, residents of Huron Lodge Nursing Home spend their time watching TV, working in the crafts room, reading in the library, and just relaxing.
Client: City of Windsor.
A staffworker offers a can of soda to a resident by the snackbar on the first floor. 
The brightly lit lobby is a place for watching TV, relaxing, and socializing. 
Three residents watch a TV program in the lobby. 
A woman browses through a photo album by the stained glass window. 
Two ladies talk after a meal in the dining hall on the first floor. 
Residents can make modest money by working in the craft room. 
Painting and knitting are among the jobs the craft room has to offer. 
A gentleman painting a birdfeeder, and a lady with flowers. 
A resident sorts cards into decks. 
A lady arranges narcissi into bunches. 
Sewing with a view. 
Those following the news can read a paper in the library.
